Charity

Two men shaking hands in a restaurant or cafe, exchanging a check. They are smiling and appear to be engaging in a friendly or celebratory moment. The man on the left is wearing a light blue shirt and a baseball cap, while the man on the right is wearing a maroon T-shirt and glasses. There are wall-mounted lights and some decorations indicating a casual and welcoming atmosphere.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 2019, the New York Sky Blues have proudly raised over $155,000 for charity. We have partnered with Manchester City, New York City FC, and corporate sponsors to help us in our charitable efforts, which include food banks, ALS research, and footballing initiatives in the New York City region.

In the 2025/26 season, we proudly raised over $20,000 for charity and hope to beat that number in 2026/27!

Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH)

FISH/Friends in Service to Humanity of Northwestern CT aims to meet the most basic of human needs: food, shelter and hope. We are proud to help their efforts of ending homelessness and hunger by giving those in need the tools, resources and confidence needed to gain back their independence.

  • Map of New York City boroughs with the phrase "For the City" and logos of NYCFC and NYCFC City in the Community, highlighting Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island.

    City in the Community

NYC lacks safe and accessible spaces for young people to play and be active. City in the Community is dedicated to changing that.

We are proud to help CITC ensure youth in every New York City community has access to free football programming and a safe place to play, learn, and lead.

  • Emblem of South Bronx United featuring a soccer ball with African continent and New York State map, surrounded by a circular band with the words 'South Bronx United,' 'Academics,' 'Leadership,' and 'Athletics,' established in 2009.

    South Bronx United

South Bronx United uses soccer as a tool for social change aiming to help youth build character, teamwork, and leadership so that they can succeed in high school, college, careers, their community, and beyond.

We are proud to have organized charity football tournaments, with the funds going to this amazing organization.

    St. Baldrick's Foundation

St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer and donor powered pediatric cancer charity funding the most promising research to help find cures for kids with cancer.
